Clusters of bright-colored, half-inch flowers top each sturdy 10- to 20-inch stem of this Dianthus. Stover's red, purple and pink varieties are vigorous growers, perfect for a sunny or partially shady border and for edgings along walkways. Blooms have a light clove-like scent. Pretty as spot color in hanging baskets and containers. Beautiful contrasted by a bright orange splash of Pot Marigold (Calendula officinalis).
