Ox-Eye Daisy, also known as common daisy, is one of the most prized and useful varieties of the mums. It's bright green foliage and snow-white petals with yellow centers make it a cheerful accent to any sunny spot in the garden. Considered particularly excellent for Rocky Mountain climates, but will thrive just about anywhere. Very free flowering and easy to grow; fine long-lasting cut flowers, too. Creates a light and airy cottage-garden effect in a border with Dame's Rocket (Hesperis matronalis) and Purple Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea).
